Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and win new mid-market clients through outbound prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
  • Own the full new-business sales cycle, from initial outreach through to close and handover.
  • Develop and execute a structured go-to-market strategy aligned to Adelaide and broader SA mid-market opportunities.
  • Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand client environments, risks, and growth objectives.
  • Present tailored solutions across:
    • Networking & Infrastructure
    • Network Security & Cyber Security
    • Unified Communications & Collaboration
    • Managed and Professional Services
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite, IT leaders, and key decision-makers, positioning the business as a long-term strategic partner.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales engineers, solution architects, and delivery teams to scope, price, and propose fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Maintain a healthy, forward-looking pipeline and consistently deliver against new-business revenue targets.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, cyber threats, and market trends to identify new opportunities and sharpen value propositions.


Required Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a new-business / hunter sales role within an MSP, systems integrator, or technology services environment.
  • Strong understanding of networking, network security, cyber security, and unified communications.
  • Proven ability to prospect, influence, and close complex mid-market opportunities.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and navigating multi-threaded sales cycles.
  • Commercially astute, self-driven, and motivated by uncapped earning potential.
  • Structured, disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Adelaide-based with strong local market knowledge and networks (highly regarded).
