Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, target, and win net new business across enterprise and mid-market customers
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound activity, prospecting, and relationship building
  • Develop a deep understanding of connectivity, IoT, and telecommunications solutions to effectively position value
  • Engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers, delivering consultative and solution-led sales conversations
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to convert opportunities into long-term customers
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets


Required Experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Business Development / New Business Sales role
  • Strong background in Telecommunications, Connectivity, IoT, or Mobile / Network solutions
  • Demonstrated success as a hunter, with a focus on net new logo acquisition
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound sales and proactive prospecting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and highly driven to succeed in a target-based environment
