The company is seeking a hunter-style Business Development Manager to own new logo acquisition and help scale its Managed Services practice across mid-market and enterprise clients. In this high-impact, revenue-generating role, you will identify, develop, and close new opportunities, engage with key stakeholders including CIOs and CISOs, and position the business as a trusted technology partner while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans.
  • Engage senior decision-makers and position Managed Services and Cyber solutions
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation and close
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design tailored client solutions
  • Build long-term relationships and drive account growth
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Key Solutions Sold
    • Networking and infrastructure solutions leveraging Cisco and Meraki
    • Firewall and security solutions such as Palo Alto Networks and Fortinet
    • Cyber security services including EDR, SOC, and security monitoring
    • Essential 8 consulting, uplift, and compliance programs
    •  Managed infrastructure, cloud, and ongoing support services


Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in a hunter / new business BDM role within IT Services or Managed Services
  • Strong track record of winning and closing new logo opportunities
  • Experience selling networking, cyber security, and managed solutions
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and run complex sales cycles
  • Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling approach


Desirable (Bonus):

  • Experience selling into Healthcare or Retail verticals
  • Exposure to compliance, risk, and cyber frameworks
  • Existing network within mid-market or enterprise environments
