The company is seeking a hunter-style Business Development Manager to own new logo acquisition and help scale its Managed Services practice across mid-market and enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans.
- Engage senior decision-makers and position Managed Services and Cyber solutions
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation and close
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design tailored client solutions
- Build long-term relationships and drive account growth
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
- Key Solutions Sold
- Networking and infrastructure solutions leveraging Cisco and Meraki
- Firewall and security solutions such as Palo Alto Networks and Fortinet
- Cyber security services including EDR, SOC, and security monitoring
- Essential 8 consulting, uplift, and compliance programs
- Managed infrastructure, cloud, and ongoing support services
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a hunter / new business BDM role within IT Services or Managed Services
- Strong track record of winning and closing new logo opportunities
- Experience selling networking, cyber security, and managed solutions
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and run complex sales cycles
- Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling approach
Desirable (Bonus):
- Experience selling into Healthcare or Retail verticals
- Exposure to compliance, risk, and cyber frameworks
- Existing network within mid-market or enterprise environments
