Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all commercial aspects of major data center development and construction projects
• Oversee cost planning, budgeting, tendering, contract administration, and change control
• Manage and negotiate with EPC contractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Provide commercial guidance to project teams throughout the full project lifecycle
• Implement robust cost control, forecasting, and risk management processes
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Support strategic decision-making across current and future data center developments

Skills/Must have:

• Proven experience in commercial management within construction, industrial, or data center projects
• Strong understanding of contracts, cost control, and financial reporting
• Track record of managing large-scale, multi-million-euro projects
• Commercially astute with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, technical environment
• Fluent German (working proficiency required)
• EU citizenship required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
