Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all commercial aspects of multiple major data center construction projects
• Oversee cost planning, tendering, contract administration, and variation management
• Provide commercial leadership and mentorship to Quantity Surveyors and project teams
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships to ensure transparency and profitability
• Implement effective cost control, forecasting, and value engineering strategies
• Report on financial performance and commercial risk at a senior management level
• Contribute to strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives

Requirements:

• Significant experience in commercial management within construction, industrial, or data center projects
• Strong commercial acumen and leadership capability
• Proven track record managing multi-million-euro projects
• EU citizenship required
• Fluent English (German language advantageous)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
