Responsibilities:
- Design and support large scale IP networking and subscriber management solutions
- Lead technical discussions during evaluations, proofs of concept, and deployments
- Troubleshoot complex networking and system level issues in live environments
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer engagements
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering and product teams
- Provide clear technical guidance to engineering teams and senior stakeholders
- Feed customer insights back into product improvement and roadmap planning
Skills / Must have:
- Strong experience in service provider or cloud networking environments
- Deep understanding of IP networking and routing protocols including BGP, MPLS, OSPF, IS-IS, and IPv6
- Experience with access and subscriber technologies such as PPPoE, DHCP, RADIUS, and L2TP
- Hands on troubleshooting skills across network, system, and application layers
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Customer facing experience in a technical role
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
