Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Technical Anchor: Act as the primary architect for strategic accounts, resolving deep-seated AI/ML infrastructure challenges and ensuring seamless cluster deployments.
- Optimise for Performance: Partner with clients to fine-tune GPU stacks for maximum efficiency, ensuring their workloads are scalable, resilient, and cost-effective.
- Drive Strategic Growth: Work alongside the sales team to deliver technical deep-dives, evangelise new product capabilities, and identify expansion opportunities within key accounts.
- Voice of the Customer: Channel field insights directly back to our engineering and product teams to influence the development of our GPU services and features.
- Orchestrate Success: Negotiate technical solutions and drive alignment between internal developers and external stakeholders to overcome complex deployment hurdles.
Skills/Must have:
- Technical Stature: 5–10+ years in high-impact roles (Solutions Architect, TAM, or Customer Engineer) with significant experience in cloud-native ecosystems.
- Infrastructure Automation: Expert-level proficiency in Terraform and Ansible for managing complex, reproducible environments.
- Cloud-Native Stack: Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Python programming.
- GPU Architecture: A foundational understanding of GPU computing, including CUDA kernels, ML training pipelines, and inference optimisation.
- Exceptional Communication: The ability to translate "hard" infrastructure problems into clear, strategic advice for both researchers and executives
