Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Sales Engagement
    • Support sales teams in identifying and qualifying opportunities.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and solution overviews to prospective clients.
    • Act as a trusted advisor during pre-sales discussions, ensuring alignment with regulatory and business requirements.
  •  Consultation & Productisation
    • Lead initiatives to develop and standardise consultation offerings based on frameworks such as Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001, and similar.
    • Translate customer needs and compliance obligations into actionable service packages and product features.
    • Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to ensure feasibility and competitiveness.
  • Product Management Support
    • Assist in defining product roadmaps and service enhancements based on market trends and client feedback.
    • Monitor performance of consultation services and recommend improvements.
    • Contribute to pricing strategies and value propositions.
  • Customer Interaction
    • Engage with clients to gather requirements, analyze challenges, and propose compliant solutions.
    • Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the pre-sales cycle.


Skills/Must have:

  • Previous Pre-sales, product management, or IT consultation experience (Junior role acceptable)
  • Familiarity with IT security standards and enterprise solutions is an advantage.
  • Preferred Certifications:(advantageous, not mandatory) - CISSP or equivalent
