Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure and support Netskope cloud security solutions (CASB, SWG, ZTNA)
- Support implementation and management of Microsoft Security technologies (Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID)
- Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents across client environments
- Work with clients to improve their overall security posture
- Support the design and delivery of security solutions
- Assist with vulnerability management and remediation
- Collaborate with internal engineering and SOC teams
Skills/Must have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Cyber Security Engineer (or similar) role
- Hands-on experience with Netskope or broader CASB/SSE technologies
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs, proxies)
- Experience working in cloud environments (Azure preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
