Responsibilities:

• Client Support: Assist new clients in transitioning to advanced cybersecurity solutions (SIEM, NDR, EDR, VAS).
• Solution Implementation: Lead the planning and implementation of customized cybersecurity solutions.
• Proof of Concepts: Execute test installations to demonstrate solution effectiveness.
• CRM Collaboration: Manage customer relationships and support project needs.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed installation records.
• Technical Support: Provide advanced support to existing customers.
• Security Solutions: Collaborate on customer-specific security solutions.
• Sales Support: Assist in technology-based offers and customer presentations.
• Training: Develop and deliver tailored training courses.

Skills/Must have:

• Cybersecurity Experience: Previous experience in IT security, ideally in pre-sales, solution architecture, or security consulting.
• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with SIEM, NDR, EDR, VAS preferred.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Team Player: Excellent teamwork skills and independence.

Salary:

• up to €90,000 Gross Per Year
