Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve private cloud automation using VMware vRealize Automation (vRA) and vRealize Orchestrator (vRO).
• Manage lifecycle updates including software, firmware, and patch management within the VMware cloud environment.
• Plan and execute complex infrastructure changes, including preparing runbooks and participating in CAB processes.
• Provide L3 support for incidents and problems, acting as an escalation point for the L1/L2 Service Desk.
• Perform operational maintenance, including vulnerability remediation and monthly patching activities.
