The team is hiring a Data Architect (CFL) to play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimising enterprise data architectures. The position will focus on ensuring data models, pipelines, and governance frameworks support scalability, performance, and compliance across complex environments, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technology with strategic business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Design the Data Lake hierarchy (including project containers and Bronze/Silver/Gold layers) and environments (dev, test, qualification, production), structuring instances for different data types, and implementing connectivity with ETL tools such as Pentaho.
  • Integrating real-time reporting tools.
  • Supporting AI development tools for Data Scientists.
  • Defining governance standards for data quality, security, and access. 
  • Oversee data migration projects.
  • Upskill team members on the data ecosystem.
  • Monitor costs and scalability.
  • Track performance through defined KPIs and data observability tools.


Skills/Must have:

  • Extensive experience with Data Lake architectures, particularly Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong knowledge of ETL tools (Pentaho).
  • Proven expertise in data governance, quality, and anonymization. 
  • Familiarity with real-time reporting tools such as Power BI or Grafana is essential.
  • Cost analysis, scalability, and regulatory compliance. 
  • A structured and rigorous mindset, the ability to work in project-based environments.
  • Fluency in both French and English are required.
