Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and replacement of server and network hardware
• Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues following established procedures
• Handle routine diagnostics, cabling, racking, and inventory tasks
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or engineering teams
• Follow operational processes and contribute to documentation updates
• Support hardware rollouts and upgrades within the data center

Skills / Must Have:

• Experience working with data center hardware or IT infrastructure
• Basic command-line and Unix/Linux troubleshooting competence
• Understanding of server components and network equipment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in task execution
• Ability to work safely with hardware in a fast-paced environment
• Clear, professional communication in English (written and spoken)

Desired Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Red Hat, etc.)
• Electronics repair experience (including SMD)
• Valid Category B driving license

Benefits:

• Quarterly bonus based mainly on individual performance: 15–17%
