Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventative maintenance and monitor critical systems including HVAC, electrical, pumps, UPS, and fire suppression. 
• Perform regular site rounds, recording system readings and ensuring everything is operating within expected ranges. 
• Respond to alarms and issues, escalating where needed and supporting on-call engineers with basic troubleshooting. 
• Maintain accurate logs and support overall site reliability, especially during weekend and out-of-hours shifts.

Skills/Must have:

• Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, and fire suppression. 
• Ability to carry out site monitoring and follow procedures. 
• Comfortable working independently in a shift-based environment. 
• Strong communication skills for escalation and coordination with remote teams.
