Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned and corrective maintenance on critical infrastructure systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Support installation and commissioning of new infrastructure.
  • Supervise subcontractors and manage permits-to-work (PTW).
  • Perform remote hands activities and structured cabling tasks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and asset records.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support


Skills/Must have:

  • Experience in data center, mission-critical, or critical facilities environments.
  • Strong understanding of MV/LV power distribution systems.
  • Knowledge of UPS systems, battery banks, diesel generators, ATS/STS systems.
  • Familiarity with switchgear, transformers, busbar systems, earthing & bonding.
  • Experience with HVAC systems, CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, cooling towers.
  • Working knowledge of BMS / EMS / PMS systems (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, Trend, Johnson Controls).
  • Understanding of fire detection and suppression systems (VESDA, gas suppression).
  • Experience with structured cabling (Cat6, fiber optic), patching, and rack installations.
  • Ability to read and interpret single-line diagrams, P&IDs, electrical schematics, and layout drawings.
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management processes.
  • Experience with LOTO procedures, HSE compliance, and electrical safety standards.
  • Comfortable using CMMS / DCIM systems for asset tracking and maintenance logging.
