Responsibilities:

• Handling customer requests including Remote Hands activities such as equipment migrations, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and configuration.
• Providing technical customer service support and performing operational interventions on customer infrastructure.
• Installing, deinstalling, documenting, and testing Cross Connects including fibre and copper cabling.
• Supporting customer equipment migrations including labeling, installation, documentation, and testing.
• Performing emergency troubleshooting and maintenance tasks such as rebooting equipment, resetting devices, and resolving connectivity issues.
• Carrying out special maintenance requests including simple repairs, equipment exchange, and technical measurements.
• Assisting with implementation and migration projects under coordination of the Implementation Services team.
• Preparing and executing operational procedures including RAMS, MOPs, and SOP documentation.
• Supporting the setup and deinstallation of equipment while ensuring accurate technical documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with company safety policies, operational standards, and core values.

Skills/Must have:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience within Telecommunications, IT Infrastructure, Electrotechnical, or Network Infrastructure environments.
• Good understanding of structured network infrastructure and industry measurement tools.
• Hands-on experience with optical fibre installations, network cabling, electrical wiring, and network configurations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem analysis skills.
