Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all design disciplines (architectural, electrical, and mechanical) through each project phase
• Lead design reviews and ensure alignment with client requirements, budgets, and schedules
• Act as the primary design interface between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders
• Oversee the production of design documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Provide design leadership and technical support during tendering and construction phases
• Champion continuous improvement and innovation within the design process

Skills / Must Have:

• Proven experience in design management within the data center sector (consultancy, engineering, or client-side)
• Strong understanding of data center systems, standards, and integration across disciplines
• Background in mechanical, electrical, or architectural engineering
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — both internal and client-facing
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure design quality under tight timelines
• Fluent in German and English
