Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd line IT support to end users in line with SLA requirements.
  • Troubleshoot, build, and configure Windows 10/7 devices.
  • Resolve hardware and software incidents across desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Use ServiceNow to manage and progress tickets.
  • Support basic SCCM and Active Directory tasks.
  • Assist with networking issues including Wi-Fi, LAN/VLAN, DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
  • Support Microsoft Exchange environments.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards at all times.


Skills/Must have:

  • Full UK Driving licence.
  • Sole UK national with eligibility for SC clearance.
  • Minimum 2 years’ desktop support experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Windows support background (Windows 10 & 7).
  • Proven 2nd line support experience to SLA.
  • Confident, professional, and customer-focused communication skills.
