Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st line IT support to end users across laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Assist with user account setup and access (Active Directory / Azure AD)
  • Set up and configure new user devices
  • Log, manage, and resolve tickets in a timely manner
  • Escalate more complex issues when required
  • Deliver clear, professional, and user-friendly communication


Skills/Must have:

  • Previous experience in an IT Support / Service Desk / Desktop Support role
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
  • Hardware support and troubleshooting
