Responsibilities:

• Support the Drill Operator with all utility locating activities as needed throughout the project
• Carry out physically intensive construction tasks on site
• Assist the crew with installing underground piping and conduit, general labor, shoveling, and use of power tools
• Possess basic familiarity with operating drilling equipment
• Collaborate effectively as part of a field crew

Skills/Must have:

• Prior experience working with underground utilities
• Ability to follow directions accurately and safely
• Strong hand coordination and ability to control machinery effectively
• Physically capable of bending, kneeling, squatting, digging, and reaching as required
• Able to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment
• Valid Class A CDL driver’s license preferred

Salary:

• Competitive pay rate: $25 - $30 per hour
