Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate horizontal directional drilling equipment for underground utility projects
  • Support the foreman and supervisors with various field tasks as required
  • Operate trenchers, plows, backhoes, and skid-steer loaders (bobcats)
  • Use tampers, jackhammers, drills, and saws when necessary


Skills/Must have:

  • Prior experience and knowledge of underground utility installations
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow project specifications and instructions
  • Experience with rock drilling is advantageous
  • Flexibility to travel for projects is a plus
  • Possession of a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is desirable
