Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end fiber construction delivery for ISP and broadband network projects, managing multiple teams and ensuring successful execution from planning through closeout.
- Drive turnkey project performance across engineering coordination, construction execution, and final delivery while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget targets. Build and manage strong relationships with ISP clients and key stakeholders, supporting the successful launch and delivery of critical new customer programs.
- Contribute to business growth by supporting bid strategy, proposal development, and winning new work, while providing leadership and operational direction across regional construction activities.
Skills/Must Have:
- Proven experience working within a turnkey or full-service fiber construction environment with strong knowledge of ISP network deployment and fiber build methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing large, multi-disciplinary construction teams and overseeing large-scale fiber or broadband infrastructure projects.
- Strong commercial and operational background, including experience supporting or leading bid efforts and client engagements.
- Ability to operate in a remote leadership capacity while supporting projects across regional footprints, with a preference for candidates based in or near Atlanta or Charlotte.
