Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage site-wide EHS policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, company standards, and project HSE plans.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Review and approve RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements).
  • Support incident investigations and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Deliver safety briefings, inductions, and training for site personnel.
  • Monitor contractor compliance with HSE requirements and enforce best practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of safety performance.
  • Work closely with project leadership to promote a proactive safety culture.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across health, safety, and environmental performance.


Skills/Must have:

  • NEBOSH, SiFa, and/or OSHA 30 (completed within the past 5 years) required. EHS SiGeKo certification preferred
  • Experience working in construction, data center, or mission-critical environments.
  • Strong knowledge of German HSE regulations and site safety standards.
  • Experience with RAMS, risk assessments, incident reporting, and audits.
  • Ability to influence and engage subcontractors and site teams.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in enforcing safety standards on-site.
