Responsibilities:

  • Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Low and Medium Voltage power distribution systems
  • Manage and optimize UPS, battery systems, generators, and electrical protection and control systems
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry best practices across Nordic sites
  • Support design reviews, commissioning processes, and project audits
  • Facilitate seamless handovers from Design and Development to Operations teams
  • Drive electrical safety programs and quality assurance initiatives
  • Lead team training and development to enhance technical capability and operational alignment
  • Contribute to process standardization across all sites


Skills/Must have:

  • Proven expertise in Low and Medium Voltage power distribution systems
  • Strong experience with UPS systems, battery technologies, and generator operations
  • Broad experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, and electrical safety programs
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
  • S1 qualification (Preferred)
  • Experience within data center environments is highly preferred
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems for integrated infrastructure management
  • Ability to balance hands-on technical work with strategic oversight
