Key Responsibilities
- Engineering Coordination and Administration
- Act as a central point of contact between engineers and office staff
- Coordinate engineer schedules, site visits, and project support activities
- Maintain accurate records of jobs, assets, and documentation
- Support engineering management with reporting and coordination tasks
- Logistics and Stores Support
- Receive and check incoming equipment and deliveries
- Log, label, and store equipment correctly
- Prepare equipment for engineers and upcoming projects
- Manage returns, repairs, and stock movements
- Office and Operational Support
- Provide general office-based support to the engineering team
- Maintain digital records, filing systems, and documentation
- Support health and safety compliance within the office environment
- Proactive and Hands-On Support
- Identify issues, gaps, or inefficiencies and raise them early
- Assist with physical handling and preparation of equipment when required
- Learn basic engineering concepts, products, and systems used by the business
- Support engineers with simple preparation tasks as skills develop
Skills and Experience
- Essential
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using office systems such as Outlook and Excel

- Experience in logistics, stores, engineering support, or coordination roles
