Responsibilities:

• Install fibre-to-the-premises (FTTP) services, including external cabling, soft excavations, and overhead work.
• Carry out small trenching and routing activities within customer properties and gardens.
• Complete internal cabling and fit customer equipment (CPE).
• Test and activate services, ensuring customers are fully supported and trained on usage.
• Liaise directly with customers to agree routing and provide excellent service.
• Promote positive customer experiences and highlight potential leads from the field.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Skills / Must have:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with manual outdoor work and working at heights.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work flexibly, including occasional travel and overnight stays.
• Disclosure/background check required due to home visits.
