Responsibilities:

• Reviews job budgets and Levels of Effort (LOEs) with Project Managers to understand project scope, schedule, and performance.
• Coordinates field operations, including manpower, subcontractors, equipment, materials, lodging, fueling, and staging.
• Oversees crews and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, with accurate cost-code documentation.
• Monitors Daily Performance Reports, compares progress to budgets/schedules, and implements corrective actions as needed.
• Manages change orders, identifies improved completion methods, and supports project closeout documentation.
• Serves as primary field contact, provides technical guidance, addresses customer issues, and supports personnel developmen

Skills/Must have:

• 5+ Years Telecoms construction knowledge, OSP/ISP
• BA in Construction
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications and scopes of work.
• OSHA 30 Certification course for Construction
