Responsibilities:

• Lead projects of varying size and scope
• Verify the accuracy of timesheets and expense reports
• Develop strategies to maintain crew productivity during delays caused by other trades, clients, material shortages, or absenteeism
• Oversee Quality Assurance to ensure all installations comply with customer specifications and industry standards
• Ensure all crew members follow proper safety protocols on site
• Manage, coordinate, and supervise all phases of a project
• Conduct site surveys independently for estimates, proposals, or quality assurance purposes

Skills/Must have:

• Proven experience reading and working from blueprints and specifications
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with conduit installation, fiber placement, manhole and handhole installation, cable and fiber pulling, and indoor conduit work
• Demonstrated ability to manage a crew of 4–5 team members
• Experience operating equipment such as backhoes, mini excavators, trenchers, and plows
• Valid CDL Class A license is preferred

Salary:

• $30 - $35 per hour
