Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, implement, and optimize Fortinet solutions across the full product suite including FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiWeb, FortiMail, FortiSIEM, FortiEDR, and FortiNAC.
  • Provide high-level technical support, troubleshooting complex issues in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Collaborate directly with a team of elite security professionals and engineers to ensure best-in-class deployments and security posture.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance on Fortinet technologies.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve security configurations and architectures in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Work closely with internal teams and Fortinet TAC/SEs to escalate and resolve issues as needed.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts and mentor junior engineers when appropriate.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Fortinet technologies across a broad range of products.
  • NSE 7 or higher strongly preferred. NSE 8 certification or significant experience in NSE 8-level environments is a major advantage.
  • Deep understanding of network security principles, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and SD-WAN.
  • Proven ability to handle complex and mission-critical deployments in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, yet collaboratively within a highly capable team.
  • Experience working directly with customers and within customer environments.
