Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support network infrastructure solutions for our clients in the oil and gas industry, utilizing Fortinet, Aruba, and Cisco technologies.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop tailored network solutions to meet their needs.
• Configure and optimize network devices, including firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless access points, to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Conduct network assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance network reliability and security.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians, serving as a subject matter expert in Fortinet, Aruba, and Cisco technologies.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on our clients' network environments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer, with a focus on Fortinet, Aruba, and Cisco technologies.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF).
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, Aruba wireless solutions, and Cisco networking equipment (routers, switches, etc.).
• Experience with network security best practices, including firewall configuration, intrusion detection/prevention, and network segmentation.
• Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Fortinet NSE, or Aruba ACSP/ACMP are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience working in the oil and gas industry is a plus.

Salary:

• $120,000 - $130,000
