Full Stack Engineer - AI Infrastructure

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain modern frontend applications using TypeScript, ReactJS, and contemporary frameworks
• Develop and customise WordPress websites, themes, and plugins to support publishing workflows and client-facing tools
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, accessible interfaces using HTML and CSS with strong aesthetic judgment
• Build and maintain backend functionality, including APIs, background jobs, and third-party integrations
• Implement full-stack patterns such as webhooks, edge caching, cron jobs, and data synchronisation workflows
• Collaborate with product, research, and data teams to present complex information clearly and intuitively
• Optimise performance, accessibility, responsiveness, reliability, and SEO across applications
• Manage workflow through Jira and maintain clean version control practices via GitHub
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across browsers, devices, and backend services
• Contribute to improving frontend architecture, backend standards, and shared component libraries
• Partner with external engineers to ensure high-quality and accurate project delivery

Skills/Must Have:

• 1–3+ years of experience in full-stack engineering or frontend development with backend exposure
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Solid understanding of backend concepts, including APIs, webhooks, cron jobs, caching layers, and service-to-service data flow
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, including plugin development and theme customisation
• Familiarity with Jira and modern GitHub-based development workflows
• Strong design sensibility and attention to UI/UX best practices
• Ability to work autonomously from requirements through deployment and iteration

Nice to Have:

• Experience using Python for backend services, tooling, or data integrations
• Familiarity with API design, background processing systems, and third-party integrations
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, build systems, or Kubernetes-based deployment environments
• Experience designing reusable UI components and internal shared libraries

Salary:

• up to $170,000 base per year
