Functional Consultant - Systems Integrator

They are looking for an SAP Concur Functional Consultant to configure and integrate Concur Expense within the SAP S/4HANA environment. Work closely with finance stakeholders and SAP teams to implement efficient expense management processes, ensure compliance with financial controls, and support seamless integration with the broader SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage SAP Concur Expense modules. Define expense types, categories, policies, and compliance rules. 
• Configure approval workflows and organisational hierarchies. 
• Manage audit rules, exception handling, and receipt capture, including mobile and OCR functionality. Support integration between SAP Concur and SAP S/4HANA.
•  Configure posting logic for expenses and reimbursements. Assist with bank, payroll, and credit card feed integrations. 
• Support reconciliation and investigation of integration errors. 
• Work with finance stakeholders to ensure expense processes align with business policies. 
• Support testing, defect resolution, and system improvements. 
• Contribute to documentation including configuration and process flows.
•  Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams across the programme.

Required Experience:

• Possess four or more years of experience working with SAP Concur, particularly Concur Expense
• Demonstrate strong experience configuring expense policies, workflows, and approval hierarchies. 
• Experience integrating Concur with SAP environments such as SAP S/4HANA. 
• Maintain a strong understanding of expense processing, financial postings, and reconciliation. 
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
