Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client IT support needs via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
  • Microsoft Windows 11 OS
  • Windows Server environments
  • Active Directory administration (user accounts, group policies, password resets)
  • Office 365 support (email, licensing, basic administration)
  • Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with end users
  • Escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining clear communication
  • Document work performed and update ticketing systems accurately
  • Support the MSP team with a variety of onsite and remote help desk tasks

Skills/Must have:

  • 1–3+ years of help desk or technical support experience (MSP experience preferred but not required)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for working with people
  • Proficiency with:
      • Windows 11
      • Windows Server
      • Active Directory
      • Office 365
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
