Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for client IT support needs via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
- Microsoft Windows 11 OS
- Windows Server environments
- Active Directory administration (user accounts, group policies, password resets)
- Office 365 support (email, licensing, basic administration)
- Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with end users
- Escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining clear communication
- Document work performed and update ticketing systems accurately
- Support the MSP team with a variety of onsite and remote help desk tasks
Skills/Must have:
- 1–3+ years of help desk or technical support experience (MSP experience preferred but not required)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for working with people
- Proficiency with:
- Windows 11
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
- Office 365
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
