Responsibilities:

• Supporting the day-to-day operation and maintenance of critical systems (HVAC, power, plumbing, backup systems)
• Carrying out preventative maintenance, inspections, and basic troubleshooting
• Assisting with upgrades, installations, and infrastructure projects
• Responding to incidents and helping resolve issues quickly to minimise downtime
• Maintaining logs and documentation of maintenance and system performance
• Supporting rack & stack, cabling, and basic hardware troubleshooting where needed

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in HVAC or critical facilities/data center environments
• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems (power, cooling, generators, etc.)
• Hands-on troubleshooting mindset
• Familiarity with data center environments is a strong plus
• EPA certification beneficial but not essential
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-availability environment (including occasional on-call)

Salary:

• Up to $90,000 base salary + Discretionary bonus
