Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy hybrid infrastructure solutions both on-premises and Private/Public cloud. Ensuring proposed solutions meet the required demands for today with scalability for future needs.
• Excellent knowledge of physical and virtualized environments, specifically VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, or Nutanix platforms.
• Strong experience delivering on-premise server solutions using HPe or Dell hardware.
• Good knowledge of SAN/NAS technologies and high-availability storage solutions like VMware vSAN, HPe Alletra/Simplivity/MSA or Dell PowerStore

Skills/Must have:

• Proven experience as a Hybrid Solutions Engineer or similar role, with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing both on-premises and cloud solutions.
• MSP Experience in a fast-paced environment is key. A strong understanding of this is required for the role.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure / Microsoft 365 services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), including Virtual Machines, Azure App Services, Azure Networking, Storage Accounts, Security Center, Azure AD and Microsoft 365 environment.
• In-depth knowledge of on-premises infrastructure including Windows Server environments, VMware virtualisation, Hyper-V virtualisation, Backup & Disaster Recovery, SAN storage solutions

Salary:

• £60,000 - £70,000 Basic Salary Per Annum
