Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure and optimise identity governance capabilities within an enterprise IGA platform
• Design and deliver secure access control solutions for enterprise applications and resources
• Conduct technical assessments of identity and access systems, identifying gaps and recommending improvements
• Design and execute integrations for Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and identity lifecycle management
• Design and implement Privileged Access Management (PAM) capabilities
• Support Just-in-Time (JIT) and Just-Enough-Access (JEA) access models
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for IAM configurations and processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM-related technical issues
• Develop and maintain scripted solutions to support identity management automation
• Respond to audit findings and implement remediation actions
• Support the implementation of identity-related security policies, standards and controls
• Collaborate with IT, security and application teams to align IAM solutions with business needs

Skills/Must have:

• Graduate qualification in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
• 5+ years’ hands-on experience in IGA/IDAM development within a large enterprise environment
• Strong experience with enterprise IAM platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint or Okta
• Experience designing and implementing Privileged Access Management solutions
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience with CyberArk or similar PAM tools
• Scripting capability (PowerShell preferred)
• Experience integrating IAM solutions using APIs
• Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect
• Knowledge of identity protocols, security frameworks and IAM best practices
• Understanding of regulatory requirements relating to identity and access management
• Exposure to identity lifecycle automation tools
• Understanding of identity use cases within OT/ICS environments

Salary:

£50,000 - £70,000
