They are looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Lead to take ownership of the enterprise IAM capability. This strategic leadership role focuses on shaping the IAM roadmap, enhancing identity governance, and driving the maturity of identity controls across a complex international environment. Act as the senior point of ownership for IAM across the group, collaborating closely with security, IT, and business stakeholders while leading delivery through a mix of internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the enterprise IAM strategy, target state and multi-year roadmap
  • Lead the end-to-end IAM programme across the organisation
  • Act as the accountable lead for IGA, PAM, authentication, authorisation and identity lifecycle management
  • Define and maintain IAM standards, principles, policies and governance frameworks
  • Oversee the design, implementation and ongoing maturity of IAM controls and platforms
  • Drive improvements across Joiner / Mover / Leaver, access certification, privileged access and emergency access processes
  • Increase automation across identity-related processes to improve efficiency, user experience and control maturity
  • Work with the SOC and wider security teams on identity-related monitoring, detection and response
  • Lead remediation of IAM-related audit findings, control gaps and compliance issues
  • Manage delivery through internal teams, vendors, service providers and system integrators
  • Act as a senior IAM advisor to security leadership, IT leadership and business stakeholders
  • Champion modern identity-first security practices across the wider business


Required Skills:

  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale IAM programmes
  • Strong background across IGA, PAM, authentication, authorisation and identity lifecycle management
  • Solid knowledge of JML, access certification, RBAC, SoD and privileged access models
  • Experience working with Entra ID / Azure AD, Active Directory, IGA and PAM platforms
  • Experience defining IAM roadmaps, business cases and success metrics
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed enterprise environment
  • Experience delivering through lean internal teams supported by external partners
  • Strong documentation skills across architecture, standards, technical decisions and recommendations


Preferred Skills:

  • Degree in Information Security, Computer Science or Engineering
  • Relevant security or IAM certifications
