Responsibilities:

• Lead Incident and Problem Management across data center IT operations
• Coordinate between IT Infrastructure, Engineering, and external vendors to resolve service impacting issues
• Act as escalation point for hardware, firmware, and infrastructure incidents
• Maintain and improve the operational Knowledge Base and documentation standards
• Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous process improvement
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce repeat incidents and improve early detection
• Track trends, analyse operational data, and report on incident performance metrics

Skills Must have:

• Proven experience in Incident and Problem Management within technical environments
• Strong understanding of data center operations, server hardware, and networking equipment
• Hands on experience designing and implementing operational processes
• Technical background in troubleshooting data center IT hardware issues
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data and scripting to identify trends
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• High proficiency in written and spoken English

Salary:

• Up to €96,000 gross per year
