Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support and assistance to our valued clients, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance of their cloud environments.
• Lead the onboarding process for new customers, guiding them through the setup and configuration of their cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services by offering insights and recommendations based on industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in VMware, Zerto, Veeam backups, Cisco switches, and Arista routers is essential.
• Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably within a managed service provider environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary:

• Competitive salary of £68,289 per annum
