As a Windows / Infrastructure Engineer, support and improve core systems in a dynamic, enterprise‑scale infrastructure in Luxembourg. Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the administration and maintenance of a dynamic Windows Server environment, including lifecycle and patch management, while supporting the wider Luxembourg IT infrastructure.
- Manage server virtualisation, ideally with VMware, as well as supporting core systems such as Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Handle 1st and 2nd line support, troubleshooting, and change management, alongside managing user access, roles, and permissions within VDI environments.
- Contribute to automation through PowerShell or VB scripting and ensure systems remain compliant with IT security standards and regulatory requirements such as DORA.
Skills/Must have:
- Strong experience working with Windows Server environments and virtualisation technologies such as VMware,
- Solid knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP. You should have experience with scripting, preferably PowerShell, and a good understanding of IT security and compliance standards.
- Fluency in both English and German is essential for this role.
