Responsibilities:
- Match incoming demand with internal and external compute capacity
- Maximize utilization of available infrastructure
- Source and onboard new compute suppliers globally
- Align capacity sourcing with customer needs and market trends
- Resolve supplier and customer challenges in a dynamic environment
- Assess technical and commercial differences between providers
- Contribute to a forward-looking compute sourcing strategy
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers
- Build and refine capacity planning processes
Skills/Must have:
- 2+ years’ experience in cloud, GPU, data center, or related markets
- Existing network within the compute ecosystem (providers, brokers, buyers)
- Strong understanding of GPU supply and demand dynamics
- Ability to communicate effectively across technical and commercial teams
- Sound judgment impacting cost and revenue decisions
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and limited structure
- Self-directed, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Bias toward action in a fast-paced environment
