Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Alignment and Service Definition: Collaborate closely with the CEO/Managing Director and Commercial/Sales teams to define and refine service offerings, provide visibility on operational capacity, and ensure forward planning of projects and resources.
  • Team Structure and Budget Optimisation: Design and optimise team structures, roles, and responsibilities within Operations in line with service demand and agreed financial targets.
  • KPIs, Monitoring and Performance Management: Establish clear KPIs, communicate expectations to Team Leads, and conduct regular performance and progress reviews based on measurable data.
  • Day-to-Day Operations Support: Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues related to service delivery and coordination, ensuring timely resolution and communication with senior leadership.
  • Departmental Planning and Execution: Develop, maintain, and track operational work plans in collaboration with Team Leads, ensuring milestones and delivery commitments are met.
  • Staff Development and Training: Support employee growth through structured training, upskilling initiatives, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and service expansion.
  • Client and Ad-Hoc Responsibilities: Maintain strong oversight of active client engagements and perform additional duties as required by the CEO/Directors.


Skills/Must Have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in technology-related services, ideally within technical or software consultancy environments.
  • Hands-on experience in operations management, people leadership, performance management, and B2B client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of standards and regulations such as ISO, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and related security frameworks.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to motivate, structure, and grow teams while operating independently within strategic guidelines.
  • High attention to detail with a strong quality focus and excellent time management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with fluent written and spoken English.
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
