Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage architecture governance initiatives from planning through to delivery
  • Define scope, timelines, priorities, and deliverables across architecture streams
  • Set up and run an Architecture Board, including agenda management and decision tracking
  • Coordinate stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure alignment and progress
  • Monitor milestones, risks, and dependencies across projects
  • Provide clear reporting to leadership and key stakeholders
  • Drive standardisation of processes, tools, and ways of working
  • Identify bottlenecks and ensure timely escalation and resolution


Skills/Must have:

  • Experience as an IT Project Manager, PMO, or Delivery Manager
  • Exposure to IT Architecture environments (Enterprise, Solution, or Application)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams in complex environments
  • Experience managing timelines, risks, and dependencies
  • Structured, proactive, and delivery-focused mindset
  • Based in Belgium and able to work near-site
  • Fluent in English
