Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Service Desk - Team of 6
• Logging Faults
• Troubleshooting Customer Issues

Skills/Must have:

• Microsoft / Azure AD Experience
• Must be eligible and willing to undergo SC clearance

Nice to Have's:

• Mac / Adobe Experience
• Interest in Media

Willingness to work operational patterns Monday to Friday:

• 06:00am – 14:00pm
• 09:00am – 17:30pm
• 12:00pm – 20:00pm
