This is an opportunity for a Senior IT Administrator to play a key role within the Munich-based team, managing and supporting client infrastructure while contributing to the company’s next phase of growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for customers in a Microsoft 365 environment
• Manage and troubleshoot basic networking and firewalling tasks (experience with Ubiquiti Networks or Securepoint is a plus but not essential).
• Deliver hands-on administration and support across IT systems and infrastructure.
• After onboarding, transition from incident response work to project-focused activities, including:
• Customer migrations and onboardings
• Networking upgrades and transitions
• Infrastructure enhancements

Skills/Must have:

• Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills.
• Basic networking and firewalling experience.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and colleagues – a strong communicator with a team-first approach.
• Ideally someone with a proactive, approachable personality who thrives in a collaborative, non-siloed environment.

Nice to have:

• Hyper-V experience
• Storage and backup management
• Windows Server administration

Salary:

• €60,000 Gross Per Year
