Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop existing customer accounts
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into suitable network and security solutions
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Work closely with internal sales and technical teams
• Support lead management and account development activities
• Transition customer needs into solutions and managed services projects
• Conduct regular customer visits within the Frankfurt region

Skills/Must have:

• Experience in IT, networking, or a related technical environment
• Basic understanding of network and security concepts
• Interest in account management and customer-facing roles
• Willingness to travel regionally within the Frankfurt area
• Structured, reliable, and customer-oriented approach

Benefits:

• Target total compensation up to €60,000 (discussable)

• Base salary range of €45,000 – €55,000
