They are now seeking an ambitious IT professional with 2–3 years of experience to take the next step in their career within a high-availability data center environment.
As a Network & IT Specialist, you’ll play a hands-on role in maintaining, monitoring, and supporting core IT and network systems. You’ll work across network operations, system security, and service management - ensuring that infrastructure runs smoothly and securely while gaining exposure to large-scale technical environments.

Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of IT and network systems.
- Manage incidents and service requests through internal ticketing tools, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Provide 2nd line support for infrastructure, security, and connectivity-related issues.
- Assist with configuration, patching, and updates of network and security devices.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and alerts; escalate as required.
- Support vulnerability scans, reporting, and follow-up on remediation actions.
- Help maintain up-to-date documentation of systems, networks, and processes.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure improvement and automation projects.
- Participate in change, incident, and problem management activities.
- Work occasionally in an on-call capacity (rotational) to ensure uptime.
Skills/Must have:
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network operations.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing/switching).
- Exposure to IT security, monitoring tools, or vulnerability management platforms.
- Familiarity with ticketing and ITSM systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
- Understanding of Windows/Linux server environments and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
