Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and teardown of wired and wireless networks at trade shows and live events
  • Support internet connectivity for exhibitors, show management, and production teams
  • Troubleshoot network, connectivity, and hardware issues during live events
  • Assist with cabling, access point placement, switches, routers, and temporary infrastructure
  • Monitor network performance and escalate issues when required
  • Provide on-site technical support in a customer-facing environment
  • Work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends during events


Skills / Must Have:

  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Ethernet, Wi-Fi)
  • Interest in networking, IT infrastructure, or telecom environments
  • Comfortable working on-site and in fast-moving, live environments
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
  • Ability to lift equipment and assist with cabling and setup
  • Certifications such as CCNA (or working toward) are a plus but not required
