Responsibilities:

• Support the operation and maintenance of the company’s data centre network, working on switching, routing, and general network stability.
• Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting network performance across both internal infrastructure and hosted customer environments.
• Work alongside senior engineers on incidents and operational tasks, helping ensure high availability and reliability.
• Communicate with customers on technical topics and support basic requests within their hosted environments.

Requirements:

• Solid networking fundamentals (routing, VLANs, firewalls, basic clustering concepts)
• Initial experience in a network or IT infrastructure environment (e.g., internship, apprenticeship, or junior role)
• Willingness to work on-site in a data centre environment
• Ability to communicate clearly in a customer-facing setting
• Strong interest in networking and building hands-on technical skills
