Responsibilities: 

• Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise customers, focusing on reliability and performance.
• Support the Microsoft 365 suite, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Defender, Exchange Online, and other related tools.
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Administer and support virtualisation platforms: VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix.
• Maintain and monitor backup solutions, primarily Veeam, ensuring business continuity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve incidents, implement improvements, and optimise IT operations.
• Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and general IT projects.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Proven experience in L2/L3 support within enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Defender.
• Solid experience with Windows Servers, VMware/Hyper-V, Nutanix, and Veeam.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in complex IT environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Experience supporting clients in mining or other enterprise industries is highly desirable.

Salary:

• $100,000
